I'm back showcasing my Postcard Buddies swap for September 2012 with the theme of Autumn. I do love that we all start out with the same theme and come up with very different looking postcards.sue w. (me)- I did a masking technique by drawing two lines, stamped saying inside the two lines, masked the lines then stamped the leaves, colored the leaves by sponging chalks on them. muriel- stamped pheasant with all the fall acorns and stems on a white card then sponged color.
leslie- did a fun fall back time card. this is what I mean about the same but different. susan- stamped leaves, acorns and even a pumpkin on different colored cardstock squares.
brenda- stamped stalks in metallic so they have a bit of shimmer, cut out a scallop with more stalks inside it. debbie- did a leaves and waves (could represent wind) in background, masked out what looks like a photo of a beautiful meadow on a fall day but it's stamped.
Another great bunch of postcards. next ones will be Halloween that we did back in October. will post them soon.
