Fun at class

Another night of fun stamping at class making a wolf out of
a leaf stamp!  yes, I said a leaf stamp.  I saw this idea online but where I don't remember.  Will be glad to give credit if you know who thought up this idea.  My students out did themselves making the wolf cards with box and they also made a couple of witch cards.  One more night of stamping that I will show later this week.

Fun making cards

I teach rubber stamping at my local Adult Education at our high school at least one semester a year.  This semester I'm teaching a 3-night course making all occasion cards and we are having a lot of fun, it's a nice bunch of ladies.  Here are some of them hard at work.....play!  making a paper bag card and cut out card with a sad owl.  I say a sad owl because it's a get well card and I made the owl with eye lids that make him look a little sad.

NEW. Spend two evenings with Sue making an assortment of cards using stamps, papers, ribbons and other
embellishments to give your cards a special touch. Have a stack of cards all done so when you need a birthday, anniversary or thinking of you card, it is right there at your ready. A variety of sentiments will be at hand in class to customize your cards for any occasion. Bring a basic tool kit to class: scissors, ruler, pencil, double stick tape/foam mounting tape. Fun Fold cards at Adult Ed

Another fun class I will be teaching at Milford Public Schools adult ed. on Sept. 29 & Oct. 6, 2010 called Fun Fold Cards.  Come learn how to make explosion folds, fun flap fold cards, tri-fold and easel cards.  Check out the picture to get an idea what we will be creating in class.   Hope to see you there. enjoy!

I know it is Fall soon because my classes for Milford Public Schools are only three weeks away.  First workshop on Sept 15 & 22, 2010 is Card Bonanza - this is a two night class where you will create an assortment of cards.  This is a great class to take to build up your stash of handmade cards so you have on hand whenever you need one.

Each night we will make different cards with instructions so you can recreate them at home. My extensive eclectic collection of rubber stamps, cardstock, inks and embellishments will be available for use in class. Bring a basic tool kit to class: scissors, metal edge ruler, small cutting mat, double stick tape, foam mounting tape. Optional supplies: Marvy brush markers, Prisma color pencils. E-mail any questions to  Limit: 10 students. A $12 supplies fee is payable to the instructor at the first class. Four weeks.

The first night we will touch on heat embossing and tools of the trade after that we will create fun cards. Stamping for Fun
Come join in the world of rubber stamping and have fun in an atmosphere of creativity whether you have experience or not. This course will enhance your ability to create distinctively stylish cards for your gift giving pleasure. Projects with instructions will be provided but there will also be “free” time if you would like to use your own imagination. My extensive eclectic collection of rubber stamps will be available along with cardstock and inks. Students must bring basic supplies: scissors, metal edge ruler, small cutting mat, double stick tape or favorite adhesive, brush markers/color pencils and foam mounting tape.
Limit: 10 students. A $15 supplies fee is payable to the instructor at the first class.
