Metal - chalkboard tag

Had fun creating this tag because I got out that roll of silver sticky back tape I've had for at least a couple of years.  You know it was one of those things that I just had to have because someone was doing wonderful techniques with it then it faded out.
This tag is a big one that I had laying out on my table so ... why not use it!  Stuck strips of the silver tape on top and bottom of tag then ran it thru Big Kick with embossing folder.  Next got out black soot distress paint dabber and went to town distressing it or as Tim Holtz calls it industrious metal technique.  After that ripped piece of black cardstock and stamped with white pigment ink for the chalkboard effect.  Fun to bring back old techniques.
tag details:
stamps - Just For Fun stamps
embossing folder - SU
ribbon - SU

entering in following challenge:
1.  Tim Holtz blog - Jan. remix industrious metal/chalkboard
2.  Simon Monday Challenge - something new - I used new stamps
3.  The Mixed Media Month - something flies
