It's June that means I'm a year older, the weather is warming up! and it's blog
hop time. This month my theme is heat embossing, using vellum and Perfect Pearls.
To start out today we are gearing up for fun! so many gears and sayings, too. my first card is embossed with Ranger Liquid Platinum embossing powder (it's like a creamy silvery/gold) on vellum. card #2 is stamped with VersaMark ink and dusted with Perfect Pearls on brown cardstock for the front of the card. The inside is also dusted with Perfect Pearls on white cardstock. You have to love Perfect Pearls .... why ..... because they give a beautiful shine. There's more to see so continue with our hop.

Two very creative guy cards!
I like your theme this month Sue... Two really nice cards!
Very pretty cards. I love how the embossing looks. I especially love it on your second card.
Very cute cards, I am going to have to check out the liquid embossing powder.
Wonderful designs on your cards!
Great looking cards...they turned out pretty nice...
well done
Love the embossing and the color combo.
Two awesome cards, Sue, love the embossing.
Very pretty cards that you did
very nice! I like how you only did it on the one corner.
Sue - two fabulous cards! But I do love the Perfect Pearls one, really stunning use of colour and thank you for sharing. I think we all get caught up with the new things or techniques and every so often someone prompts us about an older product - thank you I will be taking my PP's out to use soon! Thank you for the blog hop too Karen P x
Both cards are fabulous!
I really like the embossing.
Great techniques to use with these gears.
Once I enlarged the cards the beautiful shimmers showed up. Nice work, and very fitting for gears.
Those perfect pearls give such a beautiful effect! It makes the gears look like shiny metal!
What a beautiful metallic sheen you've given to both cards! And a wonderful way to showcase the new stamp set. I love them both!
Wonderful take on using the new stamp set. love the shimmery effect and technique you used!
Just yesterday I got out my Perfect Pearls to play and experiment with them.....for the Moon Shot Inspiration Challenge. Not all the experiments went as planned, but I can say that at least nothing exploded! Ha. LOVE how you used the PP with the gears. Fantastic idea!!!!
