Emerging watercolors
Basic instructions:
1. scribble water based markers or any type of watercolors on card.
2. spray with water. blend colors with paint brush. allow to dry or speed drying with heat tool.
3. stamp image with clear ink and heat emboss with clear embossing powder.
4. spray water all over card with colors and stamped image.
5. blot off color with paper towel. that's it!

I think this is a fun technique and dramatic effect.
