stamps used:  Stampin' Up and Ranger Dina Wakley (saying inside)

This is what I call a Platform card.

basic instructions:

1.  base card 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"  - this is the platform for the card.

2.  folded card 11" x 3 1/2"  before folded in half.

3.  stamped folded card 

4.  adhere stamped folded card to platform layer.
