Did one of my favorite techniques for this card...blending distress inks with blending tool then dropping water over it to create what I call faux bleach bubbles. I tried adding little white dots with distress stain picket fence and dylusions white spray but they didn't show up at all so I got out my old 3 dots on a peg stamp and added some white dots with pigment white ink and YEAH that worked. hopefully you can see them in the photo (click photo to make bigger) to see more detail. add color to beta fish with distress markers including picket fence (look on fins) and some prisma glitter just for fun. my new thing is adding sequins but not sure I've got the hang of them, yet. Oh, well it is what it is.
