this is a simple card for me but the more I look at it the more I like it. sometimes simple is good. masked off the strip with post-notes then blended distress inks with blending tool. stamped a dandelion flower image or what my father used to call wish flowers when we were kids. blow on the flower that went to seed, make a wish and watch your wishes fly off into the sky. don't know if you can see it in photo but I added stickles to the flowers for some shimmer. stamp and emboss saying on vellum that I cut into a flag/banner and attach it to card.
