This month for my theme it's step cards! they are fun to make
and come in all sizes and orientations so let's step out this week! You can click on my pics for a bigger look. Glad you are back visiting here for our third day of hopping. If your were here yesterday you read all about my adventures with reverse stamping well..........continuing today but no papers catching fire, yeah for me! I did the reverse soot stamping again but this time with red ink for my I "heart" USA card. I am loving this technique. Like it so much did it again for my eagle card. The eagle is reverse soot stamping but some of the stamping wasn't very good so I just cut out the majestic eagle and mounted him on my center step card. Now onto Janine's blog to see more red, white and blue.

Love the red card.
Great cards for the Fourth. Good thing you have a fireman in the house with all the soot stamping!
you are right! although most of the time he just shakes his head unless it really looks like a fire. lol!

Awesome cards, Sue. Safety first!!!
I like how your reversed soot stamping hearts look.
Great technique for these cards!
Sue--what wonderful cards! Love the eagle one! TFS
Reverse soot stamping, interesting...I've never heard of it. But I do know about how easy it is to catch your paper on fire when you are soot stamping. That's always a little scary!
Good job with this technique!
Great cards.
Beautiful cards; love the technique you used.
These step cards look terrific!
I like that you pick a theme and work on that for a period of time. You have inspired me to try step cards.
Keep it simple. Keep it fun.
