Well, kinda looks like a sunset to me. For this background I used Ranger Perfect Pearls. With waterbrush get out a small amount of PP (perfect pearls) on the tip of brush and wash it over white card. Did this with three colors of PP to make the different sections. The more water the more of a water color effect will happen. Allow this to dry on it's own or if you are like me - impatient - get out heat tool. When dry stamp trees from Mark's Finest Papers Ice and snow stamp set with Ranger jet black archival ink pad. You want to use archival or another black water proof ink so it doesn't bleed. Edge the stamped card with Krylon gold leafing pen for that elegant effect. Tape stamped card to maroon and olive green cards then wrap gold thread around one side. Taped finish piece to maroon card. Layer same maroon and olive green cardstock with white piece inside card for writing a little note.
***come back here starting April 10 to see sneak peeks at Mark's Finest Papers and Stamps! a Heinrich Company four new stamp sets. the big reveal will be at their blog hop starting April 17!***
