This week at Outlines blog the theme is polka dots so I got out my Outlines Rubber Stamps dot stamps. Here's what I found in my drawers dots background, dots with scallops border and balloons in a square.....stamped them all in blue because I'm still in blue mode from blueberry picking. Added the saying by Abe Lincoln because I feel it fits for a birthday card. *****please join my following that now is called join this site (trying to reach 100 before the end of the summer) and email following list*****

Love the use of white on this. Looks great!
Great card... sometimes it's hard for me to resist coloring everything in, but you certainly have shown that you can still make a stunning card with out using all the markers! Love this, Sue!
