Another Grungy Monday challenge over on Studio L3 and this week we are playing with Ranger Ink Adirondack Alcohol inks. Look here: Video Tutorial - Tim Holtz Demos Adirondack Alcohol Inks | Ranger Ink . What I decided to do was polish stone technique on vellum. It worked great! In person it is very transluscent. My card sample uses AI Wild Plum and silver mixative....on vellum sample used greens lettuce and willow with again silver mixative. come back later in the week and I'll have samples up with AI on glassine paper and of course the ever popular glossy cardstock. Oooops almost forgot I used Tim Holtz Seamless Experience cling stamp set on my card sample.

Interesting to see the AIs on vellum. Must try. Will come back later to see how they look on the other papers.

Love the idea of using the ai's on vellum - it's gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteWHat a good idea tu use the alcohol inks on vellum! I also like your couture themes tag.
ReplyDeleteI've never tested this technique on Vellum, great idea.
ReplyDeleteThese look great - such vivid colours and a nice variation in shades...
