stars are out today

This is a star book (hadn't made one of these in years!  had to really think hard to remember how to make it.) I made for a friend as a thank you card.  If you look close you can see that I used up some of my dylusions papers I made in class a couple of weekends ago for the inside pages.  I even used a leaves die to add leaves inside the book and yes, they are from dylusions papers from that weekend.  The quirky houses are from one of Ranger dylusions stamp sets....they are just so much fun and I like that they are not straight up and down style looking houses.

 You can see from the last photos why this is called a star book....when you open it you can see the star on the top.

Oldie by goodie - Starburst Tag book

Here are pictures of a Starburst Tag book I made a while back that I don't think I have shown. 

This book has other names like star book,  Origami Tag book or even Explosion fold book but no matter what name you call it .... it's a fun & unique folded book.  It's a little time consuming but a great presentation with all the folds and tags hanging from this book.  enjoy!

Friday the 13th!

Star Book - blog candy
