Yet more one sheet wonder cards

 One sheet wonder cards

stamps used:  GinaK designs

This is just a short post to show a couple more one sheet wonder cards.

It's such a fun, and easy technique, that I can't stop making these cards.  I've been doing this technique off and on for years, in fact, back in the day I was published (magazine now out of business) where I made postcards.  The magazine was Scrap & Stamp Arts November 2005 ... I told you it was back in the day.  If you have this publication you can see my Irresistible postcards ... name given by magazine.

Wish I had photos but, that was back before fancy phones and all.  I scanned pics from actual magazine so you can see my postcards in all their glory from back in the day.

Back to today ... you can see more details on this technique here in this post.

Thanks for stopping by.  Come back again soon.

Playing with Tags. Stampers transformed tags in a variety of shapes and sizes, creating artwork that's sometimes unexpected, sometimes amusing, and always a joy to experience. Sharing techniques and inspiration, this section may have you joining the tag-making bandwagon. The tags send colorful and positive messages. Tag on!
Have a great day by Sue Wisniewski. (Stamp credits: All—Just for Fun.)

It's a kick to be published in a magazine and this time is no different.  My tag is the one with the houses and all the distress inks.  Please if you get a chance check out RSM magazine to see my tag and all the other great tags including my friend Wanda's tag which is on the same page with mine...  see more of her art here .

Published in Summer 2015 RSM

I sent this into RubberStampMadness for the themes of as time goes by and black plus one color and it was accepted!  It's just a fun page I did with The Stampsmith I Love Lucy stamps for the focal point.  I've been learning that I can do big ..... if you know me I have always shrunk projects down and basically only did note cards but recently since I've taken a couple of classes with Dyan Reaveley I've discovered it can be o.k. to go BIG.

In magazine....

It's been a long time since something of mine has been accepted in a magazine so I'm excited to announce I'm in Scrap and Stamp June 2013(if you click on magazine sidebar - left side it will take you to table of content where you can see one of my cards.) what a fun birthday surprise...yes, I'm a June baby.  I got an advance copy in last night's mail.  It's a full page with all 4 of the cards I sent in with the article only thing is they took something I wrote out of text that I used Marvy inks which I didn't.....I used Pebbles pearlescent chalks.  Good thing is they have it correct in my instructions.  Oh, forgot to mention my cards are on page 21 and the article is called Faux Grid Technique.  Anyway more when the magazine hits the stores.  Soooooo don't be shy send in your cards to magazines but be patient because it may take a while (I've been waiting since sept. 2012) but it is always fun to see yourself in print.
All images used on my cards in this article are from Mark's Finest Papers and Stamps! a Heinrich Company

Lucky me, Published again!

Yeah, lucky me! I was published in this issue of Stamper's Sampler catch up Vol. 15 on page 125. Earlier in the year there was a call for decorating one of their dress templates and I sent in three but only one was chosen for that perticular issue but another one was accepted for this catch up issue. I just got an advance issue in last night's mail. Only disappointment is they really condensed down my instructions, but after it is out in the stores on May 1, 1022, I'll give full details of my card but will tell you that all stamps in my card are from Faerie Song Art Stamps ~ Fantasy Themed Images

Photo Impressions

Here are two cards and one tri-domino necklace that were not used in my current article in Scrap & Stamp Arts March 2011 issue.  I think I went over board when I sent in all the samples for the article.  I am thrilled with the way the article came out and all great photographs that Scott Publications Catalog did.
