JFF Christmas in July

Challenge over at Just For Fun blog this month is Christmas in July.  So that means it is a good time to get a head start on making your Christmas cards and add a card to JFF challenge for a chance to win a prize.
For my card I stamped the cardinal on a piece of acetate with Staz-On black ink that I die cut into a circle.  next flip the stamped image over and pour on some Ranger (or any clear drying glue) Glossy accents to the bird.  sprinkle on colored glitters.  let dry preferable overnight.  after the bird is dry pour on some more of the Glossy accents, spread it out with your finger, sprinkle on some prisma glitter.  wrinkle up a piece of white tissue paper and place it on the wet Glossy accents...again let it dry completely.  when dry add a scallop circle and adhere it to striped stamped card with saying.  adhere the completed stamped card to a red note card.
