napkin tag

here is a tag I made this weekend using a napkin for the background.  easy peasy!  just separate the napkin.  used a permanent glue stick to adhere the napkin design to tag, added some music washi tape to go along with the theme on the napkin.  stamped bird, die cut into circle and taped to bottom of tag.  adding this tag to one little tag challenge over on facebook.
