O.k. continuing with my TAGS theme but this time I altered one of the tags a bit but cutting out a banner in the bottom of the tag.  Used another supply I've had in my stash but never opened it for like six was time!  Texture paste and now I like it!  the spats are on a stencil that I spread the texture paste over, let it dry then added ink on top of it.  stamped the trees on the side of the tag, cut one out and mounted with foam tape then added glitter on the tag.  Second tag used a stencil, sponge dauber to create the paint circles then stamped the images.  Found that rectangle vellum tag in my stash...stamped the saying with Staz-On ink.  Sayings and sun image are from other MFP Stamp sets.
