Earlier this week I taught a private holiday stamping class where I
designed four cards and the students made three cards for each design. They went home with twelve holiday cards. It was a fun night with lots of inky fingers. Over to the left is Mary Ellen our
host for this class was embossing her holiday trees and look to the right to see how happy Sue is with her double time stamping pine
card. I think the double time stamping card is my favorite because it is one of those cards I call a wow factor card....but it's really easy to create. Lori is very intense as she puts together her folded card and then colors it
beautifully. I've been stamping for about 20 years so for me embossing is not my favorite but my students do like it so that is why we did have one embossed card. I was busy helping them with their cards so didn't have time to take a lot of pictures but that just means we all were having fun making our cards. The fourth card (not shown-forgot to take a pic) was a basic stamped image then sponged color for the sky. We talked about another class in January or February....maybe a valentine card class....we'll see. enjoy the holiday!
