Happy Birthday to my favorite cook......my husband! Happy happy birthday! It's his birthday today so I cooked tonight. He wanted a simple roast so that is what he got with noodles and vegetables. I have to admit he is a better cook than me. We have had crazy weather this week starting with a snow storm, well not that big of one, with about 3" of snow. That's really not too bad for us here in Connecticut.
