Sand dollar

This is a fun card because I got to use up some scraps I had out on my table.  That's always a fun thing to do.  Check out the background paper it's strips of left over cardstocks that I taped together then ran through Sizzix Big Kick with Tim Holtz Alterations rays texture fade.  great way to use up strips of cardstock.  saw this basic idea online somewhere but don't remember where.
***How about a contest!  Name this technique.  what would be a fun name for this technique of using scraps together and embossing folder. leave comments here on this post with suggestions***

How about Embossed Strips Background? Not clever, but tells you what it is.

This makes me so happy to be on the road and headed back home--there will definitely be some beach time in my near future. :) Love the way you embossed the rays on top of the strips for texture. Thanks for sharing this with us at CAS-ual Fridays!
