Buttons....

The challenge at Mark's Finest Papers blog this week is to use buttons well......how about just one button.  I made a bookmark using those coated hair elastics, ribbon and button for a clasp.  Also for this bookmark did a background technique I haven't done in years....got out my oil pastels.  it's a fun and quick background. Now this is pretty simple for me and there is bling/shine with the sparkle from perfect pearls so going to also enter this in a clean and simple bling challenge.  Hopefully it will be accepted.
Will be showing more samples with this technique in upcoming Mark's Finest Papers and Stamps! a Heinrich Company sneak peek week and blog hop.

Entering in following challenges:
1.  Mark's Finest Papers blog - buttons
2.  CAS-ual Fridays - put on the bling
