Cascading card

This is a fun card!  You do need to do a little measuring and cutting but as long as you remember the rule:  measure a dozen times then cut once!!!!  o.k. so I you don't need to measure a dozen times but at least twice.  This card went to a good friend for her birthday earlier this month.  Wanted to wait to show you here until she received it in the mail.  Needless to say it was a hit with her.  We all have this running joke with her because her birthday lands on "tax day" so I happened to be going through my stamp draws and saw the two tax guys from RBBB!  couldn't resist using them on the card.
