Springfield, MA convention

I didn't take a lot of pictures yesterday while I was at Springfield convention.  Guess I was just having fun walking around with friends and watching demos without a lot of crowds since it was Sunday.  I could really appreciate all that was going on instead of the frenzy of a Saturday.  The first two sample cards are just fun.  Click your Heels are glittery ruby slippers and what a good idea to do with popcorn images then wrap around an actual bag of microwave popcorn.  Sorry don't remember the companies that were at.

The tea pot and animal cards are sample cards from the Rubber Tapestry booth.  I just loved those wild animals.  Two of my favorite purchases were Graphic 45 paper pads and Ranger Distress Stains!!!
I was very happy to talk to a couple of vendor friends at the show that it was very busy on Saturday since everyone was worried that because of the tornado that hit Springfield earlier in the week it would effect the attendance.  Driving down Memorial St. we saw a bunch of trees that were pulled out by the roots and businesses that had boarded up windows and roofs with blue tarp covering them.  Going over the bridge over the river had a lot of trees broken and pulled up from their roots.  Time for me to go empty my bag of goodies.
