Feeling better and a Tag

Been MIA lately because I was down with a 24/36 hour virus. I'm back and plan on doing some stamping today so I can schedule a few posts while I'm away visiting my father in Buffalo this weekend. But for now here's a fun collage tag I made for a friend's birthday.

You can see by the close up I used some of Tim Holtz mini film strip. Also made foam stamps out of two of TH Sizzix alteration dies and stamped them with Ranger Ink Distress inks, of course. The Paris Eiffel tower is by Hot Potatoes Fabric and Wall Stamps which I bought two so I could give one as a gift to my friend. I almost forgot see the Tim Holtz music tissue tape there on the bottom. Add some May Arts ribbon to finish off the tag.

Just a fun tag and I know she will like it for two reasons........first it's a tag (she adores tags any size) and it is collaged.

  1. What a great tag! Your friend is so lucky! I love the theme and the bright colors!

  2. Darling tag, Sue, and I know your "friend" (can't imagine who! LOL) will love it.

  3. Sue, tag is fabulous!! I love the background... The colors are fantastic and the embellishing is just perfect. Awesome tag!!

  4. Yes, Petti I'm sure you know who it is for and it is going out in the mail tomorrow.
Just made your birthday card today so that will go out this week, too.
