Windy lady transfer tag

Yes, another tag for this week showing the packing tape transfer technique which you can see here in this post with my instructions how I did it.  only difference is I cut out a picture from an old stamping magazine ..... found that this paper was not as glossy as the previous flower seed magazine I did before, so it was a little harder to rub off the paper from the clear packing tape ..... but other than that it worked the same.  this tag will be put up on Facebook onelittle tag challenge page.

Packing tape...

Packing tape is not only for taping packages but for transfers.  packing tape transfers in my opinion is the easiest transfers.  I learned how to do this years ago but forgot until it was brought back to my attention for Facebook onelittletag challenge.
Clear packing tape transfer:
1. adhere clear packing tape onto a glossy magazine picture.
2.  soak it in warm water for 1 to 2 minutes.
3.  rub off wet paper from packing tape until you only see a clear picture.
4.  attach clear packing tape transfer picture to your project ... in this case three little tags.
I used pictures of flowers from a flower seed catalog and stamp images from JustForFun stamps
