X-Rays!

 X-Rays!

This is a fun technique called ... as in the title ... X-rays! These cards are being entered in Jen Rzasa's Altenew Tuesday #altenewchallengelive #20 Use special effect techniques.  She showed four techniques but I'm only doing two of the techniques for my entries.  The first technique I am showing is the X-ray technique, which I think is the easiest but very effective.  The stamps I am using are so old, and on wood, that the company names are worn off ..... too hard to read to give credit to the proper companies.

Here is what I did for this X-ray technique.  On black cardstock I white heat embossed the images.  With a white color pencil I added color to the inside of the images.  To smooth out the white pencil I went over it with a white pastel (chalk) pencil.  Next I added some "stars" in the background by watering down the ink ..... then just splattered the so called stars to the background.  Yes, I actually spattered!  I had fun, and do like the way these two cards came out.

Thank you for stopping by.  Come back soon.
