Over on Speedy TV there is a new challenge called Simple Salutations. What is that you ask? Well we wanted to have a CAS (Clean and Simple) challenge but not like all the other CAS challenges. Of course we want to be different. Every Wednesday we will have a CAS theme for this challenge the only difference is that you have to have a sentiment on your card. This week's theme is "Animals." Please create a card with an Animal, domestic or wild not fictional not toy, on it and add a sentiment as your salutation to the front of the card.
My card shows the lion's head from The Big Cats stamp set with the saying. My lion's head is a left over piece when I did the oil pastel background and stamped images on it. Also left over pieces are the faux washi tapes I made last week along with the glitter buttons (my name) although I think they are supposed to be called pixels but I just feel glitter buttons works for me.
Entering this card in the following challenges:
1. Speedy TV - simple salutations with an animal
2. That Craft Place Challenge - anything goes
3. The Corrosive Challenge Blog!! - sentimentally yours

Like that you used the Lion like I did in the example for the challenge. Especially like the coloring you gave to the Lion image. The washi tape is a neat added touch. Not bought any of the washi tape but may have to. Thanks for entering the Simple Salutations Challenge #1 Animal.
