Fractured cards and more
Today pattern paper is the star of the show in these fracture cards.
For fracture cards, you can use one or two designs, as you can see in the photo. In the close up you can see two designs.Check out the diagrams and measurements in my template.
Basic instructions:
Stamp saying on the diagonal on the 2" square piece of cardstock. Adhere 2" square at a diagonal in the center of 5" x 3 3/4" pattern paper then glue strips around it. Cut off excess strips that are hanging off the piece. If you want two designs, just place a piece of pattern paper in one of the sections, and cut off excess.
With left-over pattern paper pieces you can make Mosaic cards.
What I did was randomly cut up the left over pieces of pattern paper. Cut them up into small squares, triangles or strips whatever you want. Adhere the cut pieces to a piece of cardstock that has double stick sheet on it. Leave spaces between each piece of small pattern paper. Sprinkle embossing power on the spaces between the "mosaic" pieces. Heat embossing powder as you would normally. The embossing powder is like grout between the mosaic pieces. Thanks for stopping by and come back again soon.
