Stamped tray & more
This is an inexpensive plastic tray. I stamped some big bold images from
Hot Potatoes Rubber Stamps.
I dabbed ink onto stamps with Paint dabbers from
'The Ranger Ink. I went wild with the colors as you can see with the wild plum beetle. Now you would think I would use this as a T.V. tray to eat while watching television but no ....... I'm using for a beading table while watching television. Multi-tasking. Here are bracelets I've done on this table.

Westbrook, Connecticut Rubber Stamp store, Beautiful Impressions. You can call or register online for class.
I'm having fun making these card holding boxes. All images are from Faerie Song Art Stamps ~ Fantasy Themed Images. You can't really see it in photo but the line designs on cards are double stick tape with Sparkle N Sprinkle Night Sky flocking with glitter. I discovered this product at Springfield, MA convention this past June and thought it would be fun to use on cards.....it is! enjoy!

3D challenge
Gingersnap Creations Random Redhead Challenge: Go 3D was hard for me to pick but first I'm going to show you a mini fabric bag with stamped tissue paper that I did to use for a gift wrapping bag. I've been playing alot with my Hot Potatoes Fabric and Wall Stamps (not affiliated). These are great for fabric stamping because they hold up to paint and are big & bold images.
Please come back and I'll show more 3D stamped projects I did recently. enjoy!

Thursday Tutorial - Tile coaster
There is a challenge going on over on Gingersnap GC66: Spicy Supply Challenge - Paint Gingersnap Creations Spicy Supply Challenge. Following on from our fabulous Famous Painters or Paintings theme challenge, this month we'd like you to get messy with: P A I N T so here is my entry:
Had fun playing with Starving Artiststamps (not affiliated just like images) skunk & cityscape. First I gessoed one of those uncoated 4" tiles from Loew's or Home Depot to give the tile a smooth finish to stamp. Next I added stripes of color with a sponge and Distress inks broken china, mustard seed & wild honey where the spray can would be so it would look like paint spraying out. I stamped the skunk with Adirondack acrylic paint dabber pitch black. I do love using those paint dabbers just make it so easy to paint. Anyway back to tile......I zapped the skunk with heat tool to dry then masked him and stamped the cityscape with same paint dabber. Under the skunk I sponge on some Vintage photo Distress Ink to make it look like dirt after that I spritzed the tile with gold perfect pearl spray. A homemade type of spray. I hear that Ranger Ink (again not affiliated just like products) is coming out with Perfect Pearl Mists later this year. Can't wait. Let this all dry then take it outside and spray with Krylon clear gloss finish that you can get at any craft store. Allow to dry then pour on some Diamond Glaze to give it a clear glass like finish. Allow this to dry over night then glue felt to back and you are done. Since I had all the stamps out I made up a card to match.

Lucy!
Made a card using Lucy from The Stampsmith Art Rubber Stamps (not affiliated just like stamps). I ran a piece of vellum thru Big Kick with TH embossing folder. I'm really loving those his embossing folders, they really emboss well. After embossing I ran Distress ink pine needles over it to add color. Inked Lucy image with same ink and mounted over the vellum. enjoy!

Time coaster
Here is one of those uncoated 4" tiles from Loew's home improvement stores. They are inexpensive so you can just play around with them using paints, inks or whatever. For this one I painted it with white gesso and let it dry. Next I stamped clock and saying from Tim Holtz collection by Stampers Anonymous (not affiliated) with Ranger Ink (not affiliated) Archival Ink Jet Black. Archival ink dries in a minute. After that I stamped the wild flower (that's what I call it) with Archival Ink Mustard all over the tile then spritzed it with gold Perfect Pearls homemade spray. I'm looking forward to the new Perfect Pearls mist to come out on the market. Can't really see the gold specs in picture but in real life you can. Also spray the two corners with Adirondack color wash Butterscotch just to add some extra color. Take it outside and spray with Krylon clear gloss finish after that dries pour on some Diamond Glaze and spread it all over the tile to finish it off. Glue felt to back and you are done. enjoy!

Another freeform peyote bracelet
Yes, I'm still enjoying making these bracelets.
I will be giving this one to a friend.
The color scheme for this bracelet came about because we have a new ice cream store called Rita's (might be a chain-don't know) which has the best custard! It comes in vanilla, chocolate or strawberry and so far I've tried the vanilla & strawberry but when I made this bracelet I was in the vanilla mode. They also have different flavored ices which are also very good. Let's see so far I've had the passion fruit, vanilla & strawberry. enjoy!

G Postcard Buddies
Another month has gone by so it is time for another set of Postcard Buddie Alphabets. Showing here the letter "G" for the month of July. Again same letter but all so different. Mine is keeping with using my draws full of Hot Potatoes Fabric and Wall Stamps (not affiliated just like them) except for the letters they are odd ball alphabet sets but the grapes & ginko leaf are Hot Potatoe. As you can see there is another grapes postcard but it looks totally different! I think the two cleverest ones for July goes to Muriel for the G Clef and Leslie for Game. But there are also two animals! What fun! enjoy!

Sunflower funny!
I say sunflower funny because it's me & husband in front of sunflower. Let's see my husband is around 6 ft. tall and I'm 5' 3" and the sunflower towers over us. It's funny that instead of the sunflower trying to reach for the sun it is looking down. Oh yeah, we have bees flying all around us while picture is being taken. Phew! didn't get stung!!!
